Smart Georgian 5 bed house in a secluded garden in the village of Kenton. Can hear church bells and church clock. A door from the upper landing leads to a self contained private bedroom, shower room and toilet. The room has a large walk in wardrobe, armchair and desk. Centrally heated and secondary glazing. Lots of hot water. It is separate from the activity of the main house. Use of dining room, kitchen and breakfast table and morning room is included. Use of drawing room needs to be discussed. There is a fully equiped brand new kitchen. You will have your own part of a large fridge, own storage cupboard and use of all appliances.
In the summer there are tables and chairs in the garden for use.
There is ample off street parking. I have a garage which is not attached to house which can be available. I dont use one.

Kenton is 20 to 25 minutes drive from central exeter. 15 minutes from Topsham yet is a village in the country.
