Friendly House Share Available Now

We are three outdoorsy young professionals in our mid twenties looking for a lodger/housemate to join our three bed house in Kenton - a village outside of Exeter near to Exe estuary and Powderham Castle. Amazing footpaths five minutes from the front door.

There are regular bus and train routes into both Exeter City centre and down towards Torbay. Buses to Exeter run every half an hour and take 25mins and there are regular trains from Starcross. The house is near to the Exe trail cycle route - a 45 min cycle to the Quay or 20 mins to the beach at Dawlish Warren.

We have one large double room available with bed (provided), chest of drawers and wardobe included (we could get rid of furniture if you have your own). You'd also be welcome to have use of the loft for storage and our shed for bikes. The house has an open plan lounge/dining room and a garden. Views of Powderham grounds and Kenton village. Footpath from round the corner takes you straight into the castle grounds (2 mins away) and a 10min walk over the hill gives views of whole Exe Estuary, from Exmouth to Topsham.

We're pretty chilled and friendly. We spend a fair amount of time using the communal space, and enjoy cooking, playing cards, watching films and making bread. Our other interests include hiking, yoga, climbing, paddlesports and music. We are also a vegan house at the moment so vegetarian or vegan is a plus. We have a veg box which we share and buy dry goods in bulk.

Would suit young professional or someone with similar interests and hobbies. We would also really appreciate someone who will help keep communal spaces clean and tidy.
