Lovely Double Room in central Kingsbridge

I have lovely spare room available in my home in central Kingsbridge for one person to enjoy.

Shared use of:
Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Bathroom (shared)

The room is a double, south west facing and gets lots of sunshine. The bathroom is next door and you will be sharing the house with me, no kids or pets. Furniture in the room can be tweaked to suit, drawers added, for example. The room cannot accommodate your own bed, as this bed is built in.

The downstairs is open plan - kitchen, dining and lounge with log burner. The house faces south west, so gets lots of natural sunlight. Outside there is a small courtyard which is a sun trap.

Street and car parking is available nearby, or use of my off-street space if I am away.

Location:
Central Kingsbridge - 2 mins walk to town, all amenities, pubs and restaurants.

Travel:
12 miles / 20-25 minutes to the A38
40 mins to Plymouth
55 mins to Exeter
45 mins to Torbay
15 mins to nearest beach
25 mins to Dartmoor

I am sociable and also enjoy the peace and quiet of home after a busy day. When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, movies, being at the beach or on the coastal path and live music with friends.

Looking for someone who is hassle-free, honest and respectful of my home, is independent and has their own life too.

*Update*
I have had significant interest in renting this room over the summer months for seasonal workers, which whilst I am happy to do, I have increased the deposit to reflect this, so that I don’t miss out on Airbnb bookings in the peak season.
