Double room with en suite in 4 storey townhouse in Kingsbridge. This is a lovely, good-sized room with ample storage space. It is set on its own on the ground floor so in effect, a private space.

Shared use of kitchen and living room, small garden..

All bills: included. Rent is £150 weekly in advance.

This is a quiet household; I work as a counsellor and like to come home to a friendly, peaceful environment. I like to think I'm easy to get on with and have had some great lodgers staying with me over the years.

There is also a friendly dog here when I'm home (Basset hound).

There is an allocated parking space for one car. Street parking is nearby for the very rare occasion that I might need the parking space.

Although my preference is for a single person with no pets, I would consider a couple (who get on well!) for £190 pw. I've also had a lodger with a well-behaved dog that was kept separate to mine so that is also a possibility.
