Room in heart of Kingsbridge.

We are two females and a dog looking for a third female to complete the house share.

The place:
Located in the heart of Kingsbridge, this 3 bed maisonette is spacious and furnished and has a fireplace for the cold winters! There are 2 bathrooms with toilets, one with shower and one with bathtub.
The place is at walking distance from Tesco and other amenities.

The room:
We advertise it as single as it's a smaller room, but it has a double bed. It has a small chest of drawers and a built-in desk.

The people:
As for us, we are Kacey (London), Clara (Spain) and Cain (12 year old doggo). We both work in the area and are pretty chilled people so we would like to find someone that is also chill, respectful and ****clean**** and who obviously LOVES dogs. Cain is a very good ol' boi, has arthritis in his back legs and a lot of sass.

The rent:
Water, half of the Internet bill and the council tax is included in the rent. We have set up an account with Bulb for gas and electricity (should be around £30-40/month each if we don't overindulge) and we also share the cost of logs for the fireplace. We decided not to have Sky because we have accounts on Amazon Prime and Netflix.
