Duel aspect double en suite room on ground floor available in lovely Devon cottage near Kingsbridge.

This is a peaceful and relaxed home in a quiet countryside location surrounded by nature and close to beaches and country and coastal walks.
I am looking for a quiet lodger with similar interests to me and who will wish to live respectfully and with understanding of our mutual expectations at home.
It is important that we get on well and have a similar approach to home life. I have a small and very friendly dog and its important that you like dogs too.
I have a lovely garden and will want help with looking after it to ensure we can both benefit from it and enjoy it fully.
