Short winter let available for a maximum of 6 months. Fully furnished waterfront penthouse with beautiful views. Includes one allocated parking space.

The property comprises a primary bedroom with super king bed and en-suite shower room, plus a second double bedroom with a 4’6” small double bed and separate bathroom. Washer/dryer, high-speed internet and all bills are included.

Available as a winter let only, under a lodger’s contract, as the property operates as a holiday let during the spring and summer seasons.
