Double room with ensuite to rent, shared kitchen, conservatory and living room. house has a landline, wifi, sky plus and it is fully furnished. The bedroom to rent can be emtpied out if preferred though! Double bed included if wanted as well

Must like animals as there is 3 cats and a dog living at the property already. Fairly clean and responsable person wanted to live here.

Bills are £112. 10 a month.

Heating and hot water runs on oil so oil will need filling up in a few months which is about £160 each, lasts about 6 months if heating is used sensibly.

Water and electric bills are included in the rent
