Double Room near to the Hospital

Newly decorated room with own shower room available near to the hospital for short or longer term. The room is within a large 5 bed house and offers as much privacy as you would wish. The house is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to the hospital located within the nearby village of Kingskerswell that has a local shop and pubs along with easy commutable connections.

Looking for a single working professional who will fit in well living with only 2 others within the house. Must like dogs though as there is a dog too. 🐶

Would consider Mon- Fri at a reduced rate.
2 rooms to view for consideration both are doubles but 1 much larger than the other. However I am only looking to offer out 1 of the rooms.
