Double room with built in sharps wardrobes

Room for rent, sort term but can be discussed. I'm not always at home so will most be there yourself. Looking for a professional. We have supermarkets very close by as well and all the takeaways that deliver here. Lovely garden, quiet location. Near a huge park. I would consider couples but at a extra cost as I won't really be there.
