There is off road parking for a small car and is in quiet residential area. There is a washing machine and use of a tumble dryer. Large rear sun trap garden. There will be additional charge for council tax on monthly basis but all other bills included.
This would suit a shift worker. We are close to torbay hospital and a great base for coastal and dartmoor walks and cycling.
We have a rescue spaniel and the property has in the past suited someone willing to walk dog / dog sit on occasion.
