Small room to let.

My house is very close to the Ten Tors pub and Sandygate Inn. The room contains a double bed, a chest of drawers and a pine wardrobe. Recent new carpet. Broadband is provided and there will be no extra bills to pay. The rest of the house is shared. There is car parking available and also a small garden with a patio and a pond.
My ideal person will have respect for the house, be tidy, and will clear up after using the kitchen. They will be relatively quiet. Rent will be paid on time.
