You’ll have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom, as I have an en‑suite — it’s only shared occasionally if I have visitors.

I’m looking for a considerate, professional person who will respect my home as I do. You’ll have off‑road parking on the drive, access to a large garden with two decking areas, and full use of the kitchen. All household bills and fibre internet are included; the only additional cost is your own food and toiletries. Bedding can be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer to make the room feel more personal.

The location is excellent — just a 2‑minute drive to the A380, great local pubs within walking distance, and Newton Abbot town centre and the Racecourse only a few miles away. The front of the property enjoys stunning views across Dartmoor.
