I'm an easy going full time working 35 year old male. i currently live with my 15 year old dog (Kane). Just to ad in i don't actually smoke i vape so the house doesn't stink of smoke.
I currently have an unfurnished double bedroom with its own bathroom, shower and bath available to rent which is right next to the available room. I currently have a spare single bed and chest of draws and bedside table available if needed short term but will also accommodate as much as i can to make someone feel welcome.
I like my own space however if we get on I'm pretty easy going in sharing the living room area.
The property has a nice little garden with a patio and chairs.
There is also a garage which has some space available for storage however is mainly used for a home gym.
Parking is available outside the front of the property.
