Large Double Room to Rent

Hey,

I have a large double room to rent in my house. The property is newly extended and renovated. It’s a 4 bedroom property with a garage with some space to store surfboards and bike if you need to, garden and patio, parking, broadband and sky tv. All bills included.

Currently have one other house mate, I’ll be keeping the fourth bedroom free, main bathroom shared between two and my room has a en-suite.

I work Mon-Fri, I’m fairly social, like to keep active, get in the sea and travel when I can.
