House share near Knowle

Looking for a house mate to share a great annexe near Knowle in North Devon.
This is an unfurnished property so furniture and some white goods are needed.
There is a large communal living/dining room with wood burner. A kitchen. Some storage.
The remainder of the property is split into two floors.
What is available is 2 medium sized rooms . On the middle floor with private toilet/shower room and a private balcony off one of the rooms. This means that you could have your own bedroom And separate office or living room.
The top floor is where I am. Which is one large room with private bathroom.
The landlords lives next door and are lovely. There is space for you for one car on a private driveway nearby.
The rent is £400 each a month plus bills. The tenancy would be arranged through a local estate agent.
Photos are from a few years ago so decor carpets will have changed somewhat.
