Description
We live in a dormer bungalow on the edge of Dartmoor, in a hamlet of about a dozen houses, the main traffic being passing horse riders. The room we have to let is on the ground floor. We can offer a room for visits from 1 night, bedding & towels provided. Our house is clean and comfortable. It is ideal for business and holidays around Plymouth, Langage, Hemerdon mine, Dartmoor and beaches and en-route to Cornwall. It is 1&1/2 miles off the A38 near Lee Mill. We are fortunate to have open views to Dartmoor, and live in a tiny quiet hamlet.
It is self-catering. There is a supermarket and large super store 2 miles away in opposite directions.
Plymouth is 10 miles away and usually can be driven in 25 minutes. Ivybridge is 4 miles away.
