I have a double room to let in a detached house that has a one acre garden with great views. It's in a quiet, end of lane village location. The main bathroom, which is next to the room, goes with the room as I have an ensuite.

I'm open to the idea of pets but no cats please - the garden has a large number of birds.
I'm a tidy person and prefer the house to be quiet after 10pm during the week.
35 minute drive to Exeter, 15mins to Okehampton and Launceston and slightly more to Tavistock.
