Very large room to rent

Myself (45) and my fiancé (35) are looking to rent a room in our newly renovated house. The room is very large and will be furnished with a super king size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers and large sideboard, large corner sofa with electric recliners & usb connection, 55” tv with dvd player, stereo system and still have plenty of space within the room. Use of the main bathroom with walk in shower and free standing bath, sink and WC. We do use the bathroom occasionally to bath our daughter but we all have en-suites so not used often. Full use of kitchen etc and a fridge / freezer will be supplied for your exclusive use. The property is a good size so we won’t be crammed in. We have a very friendly cocker spaniel, a little attention and you’ll have a friend for life 😊. We do smoke but only outside. Plenty of parking and use of garden. Please contact for more details.
