We are looking for a professional person who requires a room in our house. The house is a 500 year old Devon long house with lots of character. The room available is modern and a good size with a king size bed with additional storage space if you require in the next door spare room.

The room is located in a wing of our house with a large shower/bathroom which is yours to use.

Shared kitchen, laundry room, lounge, dining room and large garden. Optic fibre fast Broadband. Plenty of off road parking in a large drive. Situated less than 5 min walk from the Exmouth to Exeter No56/57bus routes so ideal if you work in Exmouth or Exeter/RD&E/Airport/Met Office. Or we are located just a ten min walk to Lympstone Village train station.

We have two very friendly large, clean dogs so the downstairs of the house is shared with them. There is plenty of space in our acre and a half garden, with a bbq, pizza oven etc.

We have a six year old daughter.
