The house is a 6/8 minute walk from the railway station and town and a couple of minutes from the beautiful estuary bicycle path that runs from exmouth to exeter. Easy access to all amenities , we have 4 pubs, a local londis shop and a post office in the town and the train service from lympstone to both exeter and exmouth runs every 30 minutes throughout the day and most of the evening as well.
