Spare room in newly renovated house available

I have a double bedroom to rent in Marldon.

The room has new carpets, tv on the wall, built in small wardrobe, can come with a chest of drawers or supply your own.

The kitchen is new with a dining table and tv.

You will have use of the garden, wifi and communal spaces.

There is on road parking outside the property. However, if you cannot park then there is a car park very close.

I have renovated the property myself with a new bathroom, kitchen, re plastered walls etc.

I’m not a live in Karen, however there has been a lot of hard work that has gone into my house. So I ask you are clean and tidy and leave things generally how you find them.

It is just me in the property and I am easy going, have interests in sport, cooking and fitness.

It is important that I find the right person as it would be nice to share the space with someone and have company so common interests would be great.

I have lived in house shares before and do enjoy the added company. I work 7 until 17.15 daily and sometimes in the evenings.
