Double bedroom to rent in a modern three bedroom townhouse just on the outskirts of Newton Abbot town centra, it's a 20min walk in to town, or a 5min walk to the main bus route in to town, you will be sharing with a working couple. We are preferably looking for a single working person to share our home, sorry no couples, all bills included free Wi-Fi and off street parking, rent will be £550 per month with a £550 deposit
