Double room in Modbury

Large fully furnished double bedroom with king size bed and TV in characterful town house in the centre of Modbury. All bills included. There is space for a small desk in the room.

There is a Co-Op (open 7am-10pm every day), Post Office, café and pubs all within a short walk. Parking is on the street nearby.

Modbury is a small town with a community feel. This would suit someone who would enjoy living in a quiet, rural town. Bigbury and Mothecombe beaches are about 15 minutes drive.

Ed is the owner and is not home much as he works away and lives on his boat a lot in the summer. So it will mostly just be two people in the house.

I am used to having lodgers and I enjoy the company. I have learnt from experience the importance of house dynamics and making sure that everyone in the house has things in common and will get on. So please understand I will keep this in mind when looking for a suitable housemate.
