Modbury is a small town with a community feel. This would suit someone who enjoys living in a quiet, rural town. Bigbury and Mothecombe beaches are about 15 minutes drive.

Ed is the owner and is not home much as he works away and also travels a lot so it will mostly just be two in the house. Emma is currently renting one bedroom with her small dog (Wicket). Emma enjoys creating music and going to music gigs in the surrounding area.
