Large Double bed annexe for rent

My house is divided into 2 sections and I'm looking to get a tenant in one side. It is pretty much a self contained annexe with large double bed room, separate bathroom, lounge and a little alcove which is currently used as a kitchen area, all fully furnished as I have been AirBnBing it.

It's on the A30 so extremely easy for commuting and there is plenty of parking 100 metres up the road in a large layby. I would occasionally need access to that side of the house if any thing went wrong with the heat pump as the cylinder is that side but other than that the space would be yours.

It doesn't have a kitchen sink or cooker but has a kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster and air fryer and access to drinking water from the bathroom. It also doesn't have a washing machine but their are numerous laundrettes in Honiton and I have reflected all this in the price for such a large space. All bills included.

I am a Teacher, have 2 cats which stay on my side and children at college and uni, so there are only 2 of us home on my side most of the time.

I'm looking for a student or professional who's looking for a short term (couple of months to a couple of years) quiet place to rent.

I would consider Male or female with references, its more that our lifestyles suit. both sides of the property are accessed through the front door but then there are 2 lockable doors going into either side of the property. I'm looking for a quiet, tidy individual that enjoys their own space.
