Facilities available for use are: peaceful garden, bathroom/shower (shared with 1 other person), kitchen, large breakfast room, own shared sitting room (if wanted), and fridge/freezer. Lovely, sociable village with plenty of walks, very good pub (walking distance) and village sports club, shop/post office and on a regular bus route to Crediton and Exeter, but if you have your own transport Exeter is within 10 miles.
