The house is almost directly on Rock Park and Rock park can be seen from the bedroom window, including the tennis courts which is very relaxing.

Parking is available for free nearby.

It’s a 5 minute walk into the town centre and bus station and 10 minutes to the train station.

It’s a lovely area of Barnstaple to live in.
