We have 3 rooms available in this recently refurbished home overlooking Rock Park in central Barnstaple. The rooms are King size with private garden, double with En-suite and Large double. All have the option of being left furnished (as seen in pictures).

The new bathrooms have are designated as male or female bathrooms creating a more comfortable environment, as requested by current tenants. Very quiet house and is always kept tidy. All bills are included and offers Ultra fast Super 7 wifi which has boosters on each floor allowing immediate connection everywhere.
