King size bed and bedroom, furnished. Shared bathroom but there are three. Kitchen breakfast roo with Aga and conventional electric oven. Plenty of grocery storage room. Seperate utility, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Must like dogs as we rescue and foster. Also ducks and hens kept, in case of allergies to fur and feathers! Cleaner weekly , bed linen can be provided. Large garden, area available for use for growing. veg. Plenty of secure parking. Easy going landlord if easy going and considerate housemate.
