My housemate has just moved out due to relocating so there is a double room now available. One other person lives here (me) with an en-suite, therefore you have the main bathroom to yourself. There is also a toilet downstairs. There is a spacious lounge and garden area. As well as a drive to park on or road. The room can come with the furniture that’s currently in it or it can be removed if you wish to furnish it yourself.
It takes 15 minutes to drive to Exeter. Newton Abbot train station is a 25 minute walk.
The moors is a 20 minute drive.
There are multiple walking and cycling routes from the front door.
I’m a teacher, during term time I am out of the house from 7.30am-6.30pm and go to the gym most evenings.
