Room available in renovation project

I have available a room to rent in my house. The house is currently undergoing renovation (slowly) with no loud or disruptive work planned for the near future. The house is fully functioning but lacks aesthetically so a lodger needs to be comfortable with this!

I as landlord don't live there full time, home occasionally.

The house is within walking distance to the bus station, train station and lots of local amenities.
Good access to Exeter and Torbay via public transport or car.

I am flexible with regards to letting length, the house is probably more suited to someone looking for a temporary stop gap but longer lengths considered.

My current housemate has been with me for 2 months so far.

Furnished/unfurnished available.

Double occupancy £750 pcm including bills
