I’m renting this double room with en-suite in a beautiful quiet and light 2 bed flat. 99% of the time you’ll have the whole flat to yourself as I’ll be at my partners. The room is large and very light and airy with floor to ceiling windows. It has a shower en-suite and comes fully furnished. It’s a lovely quiet building so not suitable for in house socializing but is very close to all the pubs and restaurants of newton abbot for that. It is a 2 minute walk across the park to the station, and 1 minute drive to penn inn and the A380 so ideal for commuting or if you work in town. It is based in a conservation area. 10 minutes walk to Decoy Park, 15 minutes drive to Stover Park, there are multiple gyms within walking distance, a desk in the room as well as a larger one in the lounge.
