Large Country House.

Hello!

I currently have a 7 bed house I'm renting entirely. I am living on the property and have decided to let out some additional rooms, as the place is incredibly empty.

We currently have one dog, one cat and 3 caged sugar gliders as well as chickens on site.

There are 4 of us in the main house and one Tennant on a studio separate to the property.

All of the rooms are double, or bigger.

Our kitchen has two ovens, two sinks, large fridge and freezers as well as a large amount of storage.

There are three bathrooms, each have a shower and bath.

We do have a drive for cars and I will consider expanding the parking zone if needed to accommodate more cars.

We're a great bunch, all do our own things in different jobs, relatively quirt but enjoy games nights etc.

It's a 7 minute car journey from Newton town centre but would be an hour walk, if attempted.

The garden is enormous but please be considerate of the farm life that live next door.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax, water, broadband, gas, oil and electric.

We do allow locks on doors and we'd be happy to help with these, however I would need a copy key made and put into a secure safe.

We are LGBT+ Friendly and have no preference on room mates.

I will require one reference and proof of employment.

For any couples enquiring, I would require an additional 100 per month and the additional 100 in security. As I cover the cost of any and all oil heating/cooking we use.
