The layout of the house is over three floors. On the ground floor there's a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and living room, with a balcony that has a table and chairs and which overlooks the town and countryside and Dartmoor National Park. It also has a patio.

The house has unlimited WiFi. Large flatscreen TV, 6 seat dining table and two Italian soft leather luxurious sofas. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 3 x fridge freezers and gas central heating.

This is a clean, quiet house in relaxed surroundings to share with professional people, who are looking for someone similar to fit in nicely. The other residents are friendly & sociable so its a great house to meet people. This is NOT a loud party house.
