I have a cute, bright, small double room to rent in my two-bedroom house. The room is furnished as seen in the photos and the house has great loft storage for any other belongings you may have. There is also a desk space outside the door on the landing.

The house is in a great location, right in the centre of Newton abbot-
1 minute walk to Asda
1 minute walk to the Bus Stop
2 minutes walk to the market, cafes and shops
15 minutes walk to the train station

There is on street permit parking- around £35 for the year
All bills are included in the price.

In the Spring I will be revamping the garden. – the house has a small courtyard garden, which is currently empty (photo is of courtyard before i cleared it!)

I’m looking for someone who works full time/ full time student and is clean and tidy.
I would like someone who will be respectful of my home. Someone who is quieter is preferred/ independent and does their own thing!

Current house mate:
You will be sharing with the home owner. I am a 32 year old very busy primary school teacher. When not working I go to the gym, socialise with my friends and relax in front of the TV in the evenings.
