Double room in Central Newton Abbot!

Hello,

I have a cute, bright, newly decorated double room to rent in my two-bedroom house. The room is furnished as seen in the photos and the house has great loft storage for any other belongings you may have.

The house is in a great location, right in the centre of Newton abbot-
1 minute walk to Asda
1 minute walk to the Bus Stop
2 minutes walk to the market, cafes and shops
15 minutes walk to the train station

There is on street permit parking- around £35 for the year
All bills are included in the price.

The house will be getting extra updates throughout the year!
These will include a work space on the landing and revamping the garden. – the house has a small courtyard garden, which is currently empty (photo is of courtyard before i cleared it!)

I’m looking for someone who works full time/ full time student and is clean and tidy.
I would like someone who will be respectful of my home.
I’m happy to live with either someone introverted, or someone who might like to watch a movie and get a take away sometimes!

Current house mate:
You will be sharing with the home owner. I am a 31 year old very busy primary school teacher. When not working I go to the gym, socialise with my friends and relax in front of the TV in the evenings.
