Between Forde Park Tennis Courts and Decoy Lake

Executive room which has kingsize bed with an ensuite and a dressing room for clothing and shoes. This room is for rent either on short term let or long term. I have a garden patio; parking is available roadside which is free (and a driveway if unused by landlord). I am a professional, who has an empty nest and using this time to decide the next steps in life, and I like festivals, live music, house musci and to travel .

Sadly our dog died but I would love a puppy at some future point. Great area, as you can walk into the town of Newton Abbbot. Wifi is with Virgin Media which has super speed. The lake is nearby.

Washing machine included (not tumble dryer).
