Room for rent in large house in great location

Hi, I have an unfurnished room for rent in a three-bedroom house in Newton Abbot, sharing with me, a 36-year-old professional male. All bills included in the £350 pcm rent. The room is available to couples at £400 pcm.

The house has been recently refurbished with newly decorated bathroom (including a lovely shower), bedrooms and living room (a big, light, through lounge). It has a fully fitted kitchen with loads of cupboard space and a range-style cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. I also have Virgin TV and broadband, which you’d have free access to.

The house is in a great location: five minutes from town, the railway station and the A380 towards Exeter or Torquay.

The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated. There’s also a fair sized yard out the back.

I’m an easy-going guy. I like to keep the place clean and tidy but don’t obsess about it! I like to have fun but also quite like my quiet time too. I’ve lived with quite a few people and like to think I’m a bit of an old hand at it now! I believe the best policy when living together is to be respectful and honest.
