Small Double, to suit working male/female

Hi, my names Elwyn.. I'm looking for a lodger in my own house.
I'm looking for £100 and for this all bills will be included, with the use of good internet, Nerflix, Spotify and have a few nice things like Big Tv, and wifi speakers etc etc. I have only just carpeted and spent a lot of money so a respectful person is the most important thing to me (I always take my shoes off at the door). There is a parking space but I am very close to Town, buses and the local Asda.

I require a month or 4weeks deposit to secure and a month/week in advance on the day swapping keys.

NO DSS, NO SMOKING (inside or out)

P. s. Sorry about the poor photos but Room has Double
bed, and small extra room with Single Captain bed but this room could be use as a walk in wardrobe.
