We are looking for a calm and considerate individual who will respect the house and its occupants, particularly as one of us has alternating NHS shift patterns and may be sleeping during the day.

This is a home, not just a rental, so finding the right fit, humour and fostering mutual respect is important to us.

• Parking: On-street permit parking (Fee payable to Devon Council £35pa)
• Shared Facilities: Includes a sitting room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The room has a new double bed, new mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

A tenant check using VORENSY will be carried out - (tenant screening service (ID / credit check/ previous landlord references). The tenant check cost will NOT be paid for by the new lodger.
