Quiet respectful person sought for Seaside home

Large double room available in spacious 2 bed house with front and back gardens and off road parking. Alcohol drug and smoke -free home. I have a large veg growing area with lovely nutritious soil you are welcome to take control of as I don’t have time anymore. Must be working or student and ideally have a car to live here or happy with a limited bus service. (But still it operates to suit work and study in Plymouth. )
No smokers or in house drinkers, party goers and night owls. Health conscious mindful, environmentally and sustainability aware outdoor loving woman would fit in well. I would prefer mon-Fri only but can be flexible if we’re a good fit. I like my own space and exercise good boundaries, so I need someone who is busy, self contained and content to treat home like a quiet sanctuary from a noisy world!
