Pretty Double room with en-suite,

Double room in large cottage in village location. On bus route to exeter, sidmouth, exmouth and honiton. The household consists of me, and my westies, alfie and Freddie ,
I am easy going and sociable though do not want to live with someone messy! I am hoping that lodger will be happy to “muck in” and be happy to feed the dogs if I am not home from work, or to be left with them overnight occasionally.
Don’t mind if you smoke in the garden.
I would also be very open to the idea of a mon-Friday tenant, or indeed someone who wants to stay on an ad hoc basis..
