dogs in his own area of the house.

will have access.

attached. It is constructed of cob, stone and thatch and is located in a quiet rural corner
of the village of Newton St Cyres, well away from the main road.
The Village is located five miles from the centre of Exeter and three miles from Crediton.
It enjoys a very regular and quick bus service to both. The bus stop is a ten minute walk
from the house. The village also has a train service into Exeter and Crediton. The station
is a twenty minute walk from the house.
The tenant can be either male or female but must be mature and responsible in outlook
and behaviour.
The tenancy is offered at £650 pcm inclusive of utility costs and council tax. Rent is
payable monthly in advance. A deposit of one month’s rent is also required. The deposit
is returnable at the end of the tenancy less the cost of repairing any damage done by the
tenant. References are essential.
