It is in the centre of a small town but surrounded by beautiful walks and a river. This is a non smoking/non vaping clean living household with no shoes worn indoors. There are essential shops in town and a bus to Crediton/Exeter. nearest train stations are Okehampton or Copplestone. Please get in touch if this is calling you. Superfast broadband but note this is no TV license household. Rent for the month is £650pm incuding all bills. Plenty of free street parking. A resident cat and a lovely garden and a shared washing machine .
