Double bedsit to let in coastal village of Northam, half mile from Westward Ho surf beach and Northam Burrows Country Park. Double fronted terrace house, over 200 yrs old, in the centre of the village with all amenities: shop, P. O, bus stops, church, newsagents etc. Full of character next to village church and beautiful views over Bideford Bay at the end of the road.

A light, spacious, recently decorated double room that includes double bed (with bedding), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. and armchair. It has views out the front and back of the property with parking just down the street. Decorated in soft whites and blues it has a warm, welcoming feel.

There is a shared bathroom with shower and bath and fully furbished character kitchen in the property, with some space for bikes and/or surfboards.

I am an occupational therapist and an artist and live between here and Exeter, we also have another lodger, and we also have two cats! It is a cheerful, chilled house with a friendly vibe.

We would welcome a female house mate who is friendly and interesting, calm and trustworthy to share our home. Professionals between 18-30 would fit in well with outdoor/ creative interests. Please no loud music, good at washing up and keeping their room clean and tidy. We share the cleaning on a weekly basis.
