Although it isn't an en suite, you will usually have sole use of the main bathroom as I have my own separate bathroom.

My ideal lodger would be someone who is home a lot during weekdays and be happy with the company of my two friendly dogs.

If like to find someone I get on well with it who has similar interests, but is happy to also have their own space.

Female lodger preferred. Must be a non- smoker and must like dogs!
