Large Double Room, With Own Lounge Area & Ensuite

We have a large double room to rent with its own lounge area and TV, with a private en suite bathroom. There is also the potential for small private Kitchenette . The room is within a family home, where their are 3 generations living(4 adults and 1 child). We also have 1 very friendly Westie and 2 cats. The room is self contained and currently used as a spare family room setup with 1 double bed and 2 singles, but we would remove the single beds and put in a sofa to create a private lounge area. There is also a private en suite bathroom connected to the bedroom. The house is located in Offwell just outside Honiton, we have private parking and you would have access to our large garden.
