This is a lovely double bedroom on the ground floor of my Chalet Bungalow, with views across the town to the moors.

The house and room are immaculately presented - thats how I like it! Bedroom furniture includes:

- double bed with memory foam mattress; wardrobe / drawer combination unit;
- dressing table /desk with chair;
- bedside units and lamps;
- curtains and blackout blind.

Whilst not en-suite, you will have main (but not exclusive) use of the adjoining shower room which has a large walk in shower; WC; hand basin with storage under; shaver mirror with light; laundry basket; heated towel rail and blind.

Our location is slightly elevated within the town and incredibly peaceful, yet only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre. Perfect.

The accommodation is generous and you will have the shared benefit of driveway parking for one small - medium sized vehicle; unlimited broadband; gas central heating; use of washing machine; kitchen / dining/ family room & garden with bicycle storage if needed.

You would be sharing what is home for me; one other female lodger and I am considering another lodger - we'll see :).

The price is based on a Minimum of 3 months short term let. Flexible terms which I am happy to discuss to a maximum of 6 month reviewable agreement. If shorter term is required, rates can be discussed.

All utility bills included based on reasonable use.

Single occupancy only.

Bedding can be provided if needed at an additional cost.
