I have a single room to let in a newly purchased 3 bed property. The property also has another vacant single room which can be used as a private work from home office or additional living area.

There is shared access to the living room, large kitchen, utility room, hobby room - which can also be used as a living area or work from home space, an upstairs toilet and downstairs toilet/bath/shower.

Central location in Okehampton with quick access to shops and pubs.

The room is provided furnished. As this is a newly purchased large house if you have items you wish to bring with you there is plenty of space to switch things around.

Room can be upgraded to double bed if desired however storage space would become limited. You could store in the office room.
