Washing machine, broadband, share kitchen and bathroom. I'm easy going but quiet and interested in all things arty and cultural. There's always plenty of parking spaces right outside the house and it's a very tranquil residential street.

I'm a quiet and busy person who works from home so need a tenant who's not too noisy! But, saying that we're a pretty easy going household and will respect your privacy. Guests welcome, but no parties. The house is old so needs respect and I'd really like my tenant to keep their room and shared spaces clean and tidy. That's all!!
