The room comes unfurnished and I would describe it as a 'box' room. The house has two bathrooms, mine is the en-suite and you will have access to the master bathroom along with my other housemate. You will also have use of all kitchen facilities etc.
House comes with 2 off-road spaces and the option of an on-road space.
